Texas Community Engagement Research Alliance (CEAL) Against COVID-19 in Disproportionately Affected Communities Consortium
The NIH Community Engagement Alliance (CEAL) Against COVID-19 Disparities project was an NIH-wide effort to provide trustworthy information through active community engagement and outreach to the people hardest-hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, with the goal of building long-lasting partnerships. CEAL project teams were established in 11 states, including Texas, with the shared goal of quickly launching outreach efforts to help reduce the impact of COVID-19 on the most vulnerable populations and to evaluate these efforts through community-engaged research.
This site was part of the Texas Community Engagement Research Alliance (CEAL) Against COVID-19 in Disproportionately Affected Communities Consortium, funded by the National Institutes of Health.
